You will receive a phone call from our office the day before your surgery with your arrival time. Pre-Admission Testing will also call you within two weeks prior to surgery — this call takes approximately 30 minutes and is required. If the Phone PAT is not completed, your case may be delayed or cancelled.
DO NOT EAT OR DRINK after midnight the night before surgery.

This structured conditioning program is designed to help you return to daily activities following shoulder injury or surgery. Strengthening the rotator cuff muscles reduces pain and prevents further injury, while targeted stretching restores range of motion.

Do not feel pain during exercises. Stop and contact your doctor or physical therapist immediately if you experience discomfort. Always perform a 5–10 minute low-impact warmup (walking or stationary cycling) before beginning any exercise session.
